HOW LONG CAN I STAY?

Your length of stay will depend on your individual needs, goals and desires. We encourage a minimum length of stay of 3 months. There is no time limited therefore residents have the flexibility of using our programs as a stepping stone or as something more permanent. 

IS THERE A HOUSE MANAGER?

Yes, these is a House Manager who has proven to be responsible, ethical and a leader in the home. They are appointed by Unto The Least Of These staff as being head of household.

WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT REQUIREMENTS?

We accept SSI-SSDI, VA Benefits, Retirement Benefits or other government benefits or funding sources. We also accept housing vouchers, Private Pay ( Money Order, Venmo, Zelle and Self Payee ) on a case by case basis.

WHAT IS YOUR RENT RATE?

Rent is based on comparable rates in the area of each home and the cost associated with maintaining that specific property.

WILL I BE ALLOWED TO BRING MY PET?

Although at Unto The Least Of These Personal Care Home we love animals, we are unable to allow residents to bring pets. Some residents may have allergies with animals residing in the home. If you would like to have a pet visit, we can have this arranged.

WILL I HAVE A PRIVATE ROOM?

Unto The Least Of These has both Shared and Private rooms available. Some people do better on their own while others find a better experience with roomates. Rooms are based on availabilty, needs assessment and personal preference.

CAN I RECEIVE PACKAGES AND GET MAIL?

Yes, letters, packages, and anything that arrives for you will be delivered to your room daily. We may sometimes request packages be opened with a House Manager present for monitoring safety. 

CAN I SMOKE?

Yes, tobacco smoking is allowed in the designated smoking areas outside of house. Smoking is not allowed in the home and can lead to the residents agreement being terminated with no full or partial refund.

WHAT CAN I BRING WITH ME?

Living at Unto The Least Of These Personal Care Home is just like living in your own home. You may decorate to make your bedroom your own. You may bring your eletronics, games, books and other items that you wish to have with you. However, because there are multiple residents in the home, we strive to avoid clutter. Do not bring anything more than will fit comfortably in the assigned storage spaces.
